My service includes a peaceful, compassionate approach to in-home euthanasia, designed to give your beloved pet a calm and pain-free passing. Here’s what to expect:
1. Procedure
The process includes an initial sedative injection, which allows your pet to relax and feel sleepy. This provides peaceful venous access, enabling the final injection to be given smoothly and comfortably. Please see the ‘’What to expect’’ page for more information.
2. Cremation and Aftercare
I can discuss aftercare options, including cremation, to help you make decisions that feel best for you and your pet.
3. Availability and Fees
- Standard Hours: I aim to provide appointments within standard hours wherever possible.
- Evenings, Weekends, and Bank Holidays: Appointments may be available for these times but will incur a surcharge due to limited availability.
- Same Day / Emergency Appointments: I cannot guarantee same-day or emergency service; however, please contact me to discuss what arrangements might be possible. If your pet is in distress or immediate need, please contact your regular vet or out-of-hours provider directly.
4. Travel and Call-Out Fees
Travel within a 20-minute drive of Linton is included in my standard fee. For locations further afield, a surcharge applies:
20 – 40 minutes: +£40
40 – 60 minutes: +£50
5. Payment
As a small business, I am unable to offer payment plans or credit options. Payment is required before or at the time of the visit and can be made by bank transfer, cash or card.
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to contact me. I am here to provide support and guidance through this difficult time.
